Canada Small Business Financing Program The CSBFP program is for small businesses or start-ups operating for profit in Canada, with gross annual revenues of $5 million or less. Farming businesses, not-for-profit organizations or charitable and religious organizations do not qualify. Financing will be maximum 90% of applicable costs up to $500,000. Companies Exporting From Canada Export Development Canada (EDC) offers several financing products for Canadian companies to support their international transactions to pay for the up-front costs associated with the production of a large export order, to expand into new markets or to respond to a buyer's request for financing.
